【摘要】 我国医学教育管理体制机制是国家意志和经济社会发展水平的反映，也是医学教育研究不断深化的成果，以及大学管理层对医学教育规律性认识的体现。针对医学教育体制机制中存在的学制学位层次多样、人才培养规模较大、临床教学基地投入不足、临床专硕与住培统筹不力等问题，提出保持医学教育完整性、统一规范医学教育学制学位、控制本科生招生规模、落实附属医院教学主体责任、统筹住培与临床专硕培养的意见与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management system and mechanism of medical education in China reflect both the will of the state and the level of socio-economic development. They also represent the deepening results of research in medical education and the university administration’s understanding of the inherent laws governing medical education. In view of existing problems—such as diverse academic systems and degree levels, large-scale talent cultivation, insufficient investment in clinical teaching bases, and poor coordination between clinical professional master’s programs and standardized residency training—this paper proposes several recommendations. These include maintaining the integrity of medical education, unifying and standardizing academic systems and degree structures, controlling undergraduate enrollment scale, ensuring that affiliated hospitals fulfill their primary teaching responsibilities, and coordinating the training of clinical professional master’s students with residency programs.更多还原
