模版法制备规整硅胶微球用于负载茂金属催化剂的研究
Preparation of Regular Silica Gel Microspheres by Template Method and Its Application in Supporting Metallocene Catalyst
【摘要】 以种子诱导模版法合成制备了球形度高、粒径分布均一硅胶微球。硅胶微球具有相近的比表面积(280~300?m2·g-1),粒径大小在5~25μm之间且可精确分级调控。以硅胶为载体制备得到负载型茂金属催化剂。结果表明,作为载体的硅胶粒径越小,所得催化剂的活性越高,而粒径对聚合物的分子量分布影响较小。
【Abstract】 Silica gel microspheres with high sphericity and uniform particle size distribution were synthesized by seed-induced template method.Silica gel microspheres have similar specific surface area (280~300 m2·g-1),particle size between 5~25 μm,and can be accurately graded and regulated.The results showed that the smaller the particle size of silica gel as a carrier,the higher the catalyst activity,and the particle size had little effect on the molecular weight distribution of the polymer.
