【摘要】 基于SWOT模型对张库商道主题公园的开发策略进行探讨。张库商道主题公园内部具有自然生态与特色文化资源以及畅达的交通条件和规模优势等有利条件，外部具有旅游需求旺盛、市场缺口大、客源广、产业基础良好和政府重视等机遇，但同时也面临投资规模大、开发现状差、旅游季节性显著、生态环境易遭破坏、客源市场竞争激励劣势与挑战。据此，提出政府主导、全面统筹、打造品牌和数字化赋能等开发策略，以期为张家口市文旅发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper makes a SWOT analysis of the development strategies for the Zhangku Trade Route Theme Park.The result indicates that the theme park possesses internal advantages such as natural ecological resources, unique cultural heritage, convenient transportation, and scale advantages.Externally, it encounters opportunities including a robust tourism demand, a significant market gap, a wide range of potential tourists, a solid industrial foundation, and governmental support.However, it also faces challenges and weaknesses such as large-scale investment requirements, a suboptimal current development status, strong seasonality, potential ecological damage, and fierce competition.Based on the analysis, development strategies are proposed, including government-led initiatives, comprehensive planning, brand-building, and digital empowerment, aiming to provide references for the cultural and tourism development of Zhangjiakou City.更多还原
