【Abstract】 AI technology has permeated every aspect of archival management. However, the "intelligent management" of data governance has not yet achieved "good governance". Each stage of the archive data lifecycle presents different data security risks. AI technology can prevent and control these risks by utilizing techniques such as intelligent data collection, graphic recognition,sensitive data analysis, and user access control.
