【摘要】 文章聚焦于上海5个新城普通干线公路体系，通过预判新城交通发展趋势，分析现状存在的对外交通系统不健全、内外衔接不畅、货运网络不完善、公交和慢行功能缺失等共性问题，明确了构建“高效互通、布局均衡、结构清晰、功能完善”的交通运输体系目标。从优化布局和功能提升等2个角度，站位于提高普通干线标准、加强内外路网衔接、实现货运外移和客货分流、提升公交和慢行服务功能等4个方面，提出了优化提升策略，以期为交通支撑“新城发力”总体战略的实现提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the ordinary trunk highway system in five new cities in Shanghai. By predicting the development trend of new city transportation, it analyzes the common problems existing in the current situation,such as incomplete external transportation system, poor internal and external connection, incomplete freight network, and lack of public transportation and slow traffic functions. It clarifies the goal of building a transportation system with efficient interconnection, balanced layout, clear structure, and complete functions. From the perspectives of optimizing layout and improving functions, optimization and improvement strategies have been proposed in four aspects : improving the standards of ordinary trunk lines, strengthening the connection between internal and external road networks, realizing the outward movement and separation of freight and passenger traffic, and enhancing the functions of public transportation and slow traffic services.
