【Abstract】 Recombinant collagen is widely used in the plastic surgery due to its good biocompatibility,low immunogenicity,and good hydrophilicity.This article briefly introduces the research and development status of recombinant collagen and its application as an injection material for plastic surgery.It also summarizes the key points that need to be paid attention to when evaluating recombinant collagen as an injection material for plastic surgery from the aspects of material characterization,cell biology evaluation,and in vivo animal experiment evaluation.更多还原
