【摘要】 检验医学住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要环节，当前检验住培中的课程思政实施存在以下问题，即思政教育与专业课程融合不足，教学形式单一，课程体系中思政内容分布不均，以及教师队伍的思政教育能力欠缺。针对问题提出改进措施：通过课程体系建设，确保思政教育贯穿核心课程；创新教学方法，采用问题导向教学、情境教学和角色扮演等方式，增强学生的参与感；强化临床实践中的思政教育，提升学员职业道德与社会责任感；加强教师队伍建设，提高其思政教育能力，推动专业教育与思政教育的深度融合。旨在为培养全面发展的检验医学人才提供实践路径与理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 With advancements in medical technology and evolving societal demands, medical professionals are expected not only to possess a strong foundation of professional knowledge and skills but also to demonstrate high moral standards and professional ethics. The introduction of curriculum-based ideological and political education integrates these principles into professional courses, helping students cultivate sound values and professional integrity while acquiring specialized knowledge. Standardized residency training in clinical laboratory medicine is a vital component of medical education. Integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education into residency training is essential for enhancing the overall qualities of medical students and developing well-rounded professionals. However, the implementation of such education in residency training faces several challenges, including insufficient integration of ideological and professional education, overly traditional and monotonous teaching methods, uneven distribution of ideological content across the curriculum, and limited ideological education capabilities among faculty. To address these issues, this paper proposes four improvement strategies: developing a curriculum system that fully embeds ideological education into core courses; introducing innovative teaching methods, such as problem-based learning, situational teaching, and role-playing, to increase student engagement; strengthening ideological education during clinical practice to enhance trainees’ professional ethics and social responsibility; and advancing faculty development to improve their ability to deliver ideological education, fostering deeper integration of professional and ideological training.
