【摘要】 新质生产力以创新为第一动力，以智能为重要资源，以数据为核心生产要素。推动新质生产力发展，必须加强创新型人才培养，以人力资本跃升为发展关键。高校是创新型人才培养的主渠道，新质生产力发展对高校创新型人才培养提出了新要求。目前，高校在创新型商科人才培养领域已经开展诸多探索与实践，但仍面临培养理念滞后、教学资源供给不足、人才输出与行业需求脱节以及评价体系缺乏创新等问题。对此，文章提出更新创新型商科人才培养理念、挖掘整合优质培养资源、构建人才培养机制、创新人才培养评价体系等路径，以有效提升商科教育质量，最终培养出契合新质生产力发展需求的复合型、创新型商科人才，为经济社会高质量发展注入新动能。更多还原

【Abstract】 New quality productive forces take innovation as a primary driver, intelligence as an important resource, and data as the core production factor. To promote the development of new quality productive forces, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and focus on human capital. In this context, new quality productive forces has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents, universities serve as the main channel for cultivating innovative talents. At present, universities have carried out many explorations and practices in this regard, but still face problems such as lagging training concepts, insufficient supply of teaching resources, disconnection between talent output and industry demand, and lack of innovation in evaluation systems. Accordingly, suggestions are proposed to update training concept of cultivating innovative business talents, integrate highquality educational resources, construct talent training mechanisms, and establish a new evaluation system, in order to effectively boost the quality of business education and cultivate interdisciplinary and innovative talents that meet the needs of new quality productive forces, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the economy and society.更多还原
