【摘要】 目的:构建广东省医疗机构科技成果转化影响因素指标体系，为优化医疗机构科技成果转化提供参考。方法:通过文献回顾与政策分析初步建立评价指标池，于2024年3-6月运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询，运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:两轮专家咨询积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.87,专家意见协调程度分别为0.177和0.226(P<0.001),专家协调程度较高。构建的指标体系包括专利数量、转化效益、制度建设、平台建设以及人才队伍建设5个一级指标、17个二级指标和54个三级指标，其中一级指标的权重分别为0.183、0.203、0.216、0.201、0.197。结论:本研究构建的指标体系具备一定的科学性和有效性，尤其强调了制度建设和激励机制的关键作用，可为医疗机构识别科技成果转化关键影响因素、优化管理策略提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aims to construct an indicator system for the influencing factors of scientific and technological achievements transformation in medical institutions in Guangdong, so as to provide reference for optimizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in medical institutions. Methods: A preliminary evaluation index pool was established through literature review and policy analysis. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method from March to June 2024, and the weights of the indicators were determined using the analytic hierarchy process. Results: The positive coefficients for both rounds of expert consultation were 100%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.86 and 0.87, respectively. The degree of expert opinion coordination was 0.177 and 0.226(P<0.001), indicating a high level of expert coordination. The constructed indicator system included 5 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators, and 54 tertiary indicators, including patent quantity, conversion efficiency, institutional construction, platform construction, and talent team construction. The weights of the primary indicators were 0.183, 0.203, 0.216, 0.201 and 0.197, respectively. Conclusion: The indicator system constructed in this study has certain effectiveness, especially emphasizing the key role of institutional construction and incentive mechanisms, which can provide a scientific basis for medical institutions to identify key influencing factors of scientific and technological achievements transformation and optimize management strategies.更多还原
