【摘要】 恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类生命健康，目前手术、放疗、化疗仍是其主要治疗手段，但面临手术清除不彻底、副作用显著及肿瘤细胞耐药性等问题。在探索肿瘤治疗药物的过程中，我国传统中草药展现出了显著的研究价值，许多中草药及其活性成分被证实具有潜在抗癌作用。其中，人们所熟知的中药广藿香，其挥发油成分被发现具有抗癌活性，在促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和迁移等方面发挥重要作用。本文对广藿香挥发油的抗癌机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展进行系统综述，以期为广藿香及其挥发油的进一步研究提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Malignant tumors seriously threaten human life and health. At present, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still the main treatment methods, but they still face problems such as incomplete surgical clearance, significant side effects and drug resistance of tumor cells. In the process of exploring tumor therapeutic drugs, traditional Chinese herbal medicines in China have shown significant research value, and many Chinese herbal medicines and their active ingredients have been proved to have potential anticancer effects. Among them, the volatile oil components of the well-known traditional Chinese medicine pogostemon cablin have been found to have anticancer activity and plays an important role in promoting tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and migration. This paper systematically reviews the anti-cancer mechanism of pogostemon cablin volatile oil and its research progress in tumor therapy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research of pogostemon cablin and its volatile oil.更多还原
