【摘要】 目的：探究认知行为干预对心绞痛患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2023年10月—2024年10月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的144例心绞痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各72例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施认知行为干预法，比较两组体重指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、焦虑抑郁水平[汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）]和生活质量[生活质量评分量表（QOL）]。结果：干预后，两组BMI、SBP、DBP、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组，两组QOL各维度评分均提高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：认知行为干预可显著改善心绞痛患者的健康状况，缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris.Method: A total of 144 patients with angina pectoris who admitted to Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 72 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention. The body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), anxiety and depression levels [Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) ] and quality of life [quality of life scale(QOL)] were compared between two groups. Result: After intervention, the BMI, SBP, DBP,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the scores of QOL in each dimension of two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavior intervention can significantly improve the health status of patients with angina pectoris,relieve anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
