【摘要】 科研能力作为三级医院绩效考核的重要指标，研究型病房的规范建设已成为推动高水平临床科研成果产出的重要抓手。近年来，我国相继出台了《北京市关于加强研究型病房建设的意见》《关于加快促进北京市研究型病房优质高效发展的若干措施》及《国家卫生健康委关于扩大医疗卫生机构临床研究规范管理试点工作的通知》等系列政策文件，从国家战略层面为研究型病房发展提供制度保障。然而，当前研究型病房建设仍面临资金投入不足、复合型人才短缺、配套政策衔接不畅、信息化平台建设滞后等现实挑战。基于研究型病房的分类，本研究建议通过完善制度设计、构建全链条信息化管理体系、组建高水平研究团队等建议，系统推进研究型病房高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a critical indicator in the performance evaluation of tertiary hospitals, the standardized construction of research-oriented wards has become a key driver for high-level clinical research achievements. In recent years, China has introduced a series of policy documents,such as Beijing’s Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Research-Oriented Wards, Measures to Accelerate the High-Quality Development of Research-Oriented Wards in Beijing, and the National Health Commission’s Notice on Expanding Pilot Work for Standardized Clinical Research Management in Healthcare Institutions, providing institutional support for research-oriented wards at the national strategic level. However, current challenges include insufficient funding,shortages of interdisciplinary talents, fragmented policy coordination, and lagging information platform development. Based on the classification of research-oriented wards, the authors of this study propose systematic strategies—such as refining institutional design, constructing full-chain information management systems, and establishing high-level research teamsto advance their high-quality development更多还原
