【摘要】 目的：探讨问题导向学习（PBL）联合微视频法在脊柱外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法：将2021年12月至2022年12月在石河子大学第一附属医院脊柱外科实习的40名实习生纳入本次研究，分组方式为随机数字表法，均分为两组。观察组采用PBL联合微视频法教学，对照组采用传统方法教学。对比两组教学效果。结果：观察组理论成绩、临床技能、病历书写、诊疗思维、病例分析评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组对提高问题解决能力、培养合作精神、培养创新思维及增强评判性思维满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组主观能动性、学习兴趣、解决问题能力、知识广度、团队合作评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组职业道德、思想行为、实习表现、劳动纪律、协作精神评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在脊柱外科临床教学中应用PBL联合微视频法，能够提高实习生综合能力，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with the micro-video method in spinal surgery clinical teaching. Methods: A total of 40 interns in the Department of Spinal Surgery at The First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from December 2021 to December 2022 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The observation group received PBL combined with micro-video teaching, while the control group received traditional teaching methods. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group showed higher scores than the control group in theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, medical record writing, diagnostic and therapeutic thinking, and case analysis(P < 0.05). The observation group also reported higher satisfaction in improving problem-solving ability, fostering teamwork spirit, cultivating innovative thinking, and enhancing critical thinking compared to the control group(P < 0.05). Additionally, the observation group scored higher in subjective initiative, learning interest, problem-solving ability, knowledge breadth, and teamwork(P < 0.05), as well as in professional ethics, ideological behavior, internship performance, labor discipline, and collaborative spirit(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of PBL combined with the micro-video method in orthopedic clinical teaching can improve the comprehensive abilities of interns and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
