【摘要】 随着密码强国战略的实施，密码已从传统的技术性问题发展演变为现代的综合性治理问题，加强密码人才培养和队伍建设成为国家重要政策议题。研究发现，目前密码管理专业建设滞后于密码管理专业化发展速度，密码管理人才培养尚难满足国家对卓越密码治理人才的需要。基于新文科建设理念，在分析密码管理人才培养经验及瓶颈的基础上，系统论证设置密码管理专业的必要性，并提出密码管理专业的建设策略，重点包括科学确定密码管理专业人才培养目标及标准、探索构建基于多学科交叉融合的新课程体系、教材体系和培养方式等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of the strategy to strengthen the nation through cryptography,cryptography has evolved from a traditional technical issue to a modern comprehensive governance challenge,and strengthening the training of cryptography talents and team building has become a crucial national policy issue. Research indicates that the development of cryptography management specialties lags behind the pace of professionalization in cryptography management,and the training of cryptography professionals remains insufficient to meet the country’ s demand for exceptional cryptography governance talent. Based on the concept of New Liberal Arts education,this paper systematically demonstrates the necessity of establishing a cryptography management specialty by analyzing the experiences and bottlenecks of cryptography talent cultivation. It also proposes strategies for the development of the cryptography management specialty,focusing on the scientific determination of talent cultivation goals and standards,as well as exploring the construction of a new curriculum system,teaching material system,and training mode based on multidisciplinary cross-integration.更多还原
