【摘要】 高职院校在开展新时代劳动教育过程中遇到课程目标定位不明、师资明显不足，缺乏相配套的教学设施，课程实施基地明显不足，课程的开设缺乏系统性设计等困难。文章针对这些问题提出相应对策，将劳动教育纳入人才培养方案，设置合理的课程体系及适宜的课程评价体系，培养一支专兼职结合的师资队伍，理顺课程设计，理论和实践同步进行，与专业教学加强融合，使学生能理解劳动本质，认识劳动教育价值，提高专业实践能力，强化劳动教育育人功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, there are many difficulties in the implementation of labor education in high vocational colleges, including unclear orientation of curriculum objectives, obvious shortage of teachers, lack of supporting teaching facilities, obvious shortage of curriculum implementation base, and lack of systematic design of the curriculum. The paper proposes corresponding measures to address these issues, incorporating labor education into talent training programs, establishing a reasonable curriculum system and appropriate curriculum evaluation system, cultivating a team of full-time and part-time teachers, streamlining curriculum design, synchronizing theory and practice, strengthening integration with professional education, enabling students to understand the essence of labor, recognize the value of labor education, improve professional practical abilities, and enhance the educational effectiveness of labor education.更多还原
