【摘要】 “教育数字化”是《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024—2035年)》的关键议题之一。教育元宇宙并非“乌托邦”,其是驱动教育数字化的关键力量。故而，探索元宇宙体育教学的理论与实践问题，对学校体育数字化转型至关重要。基于对元宇宙体育教学概念和特征的剖析，阐释了元宇宙体育教学的功能、场景以及发展路向。研究认为：(1)元宇宙体育教学是一种基于人工智能、大数据等多种数字技术，融合了现实与虚拟世界的新型教学模式，可分为增强现实、生命记录、虚拟现实和镜像世界4种类型；(2)基于元宇宙的技术支撑及其架构，元宇宙体育教学可构建具身化、情景化、精准化和游戏化学习的应用场景，实现对体育教学资源、环境、模式与评价的赋能；(3)元宇宙体育教学在伦理、技术、师资、课程层面均有待完善，且存在“不能为”之边界，应对其介入学校体育的时限、节点、教学环节等均作出必要规定和澄明。针对相关主体，提出面向元宇宙体育教学的4条实践进路：规避元宇宙的伦理隐忧，彰显体育教育的人文关怀；加大基础设施投入，筑牢元宇宙体育教学的技术底座；注重人才素质提升，培养优质的元宇宙体育师资；鼓励多方主体参与，打造示范化的元宇宙体育课程。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Education digitization” is one of the key topics in the Master Plan on building China into a leading country in education(2024-2035). It can be seen that the education metaverse is not a “utopia”, it has become a key force driving education digitization. Therefore, it is very important to explore the theory and practice of the metaverse physical teaching for the digital transformation of school physical education. Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of the metaverse physical education, the function, scene and development direction of the metaverse physical education are explained. The research shows that: Metaverse physical education is a new teaching mode based on artificial intelligence, big data and other digital technologies, which combines reality and virtual world, and can be divided into four types, augmented reality, life record, virtual reality and mirror world; based on the technical support and structure of the metaverse, the metaverse physical education can build embodied, situational, precise and gamified learning application scenarios, and realize the empowerment of physical education resources, environment, mode and evaluation; the teaching of physical education in the metaverse needs to be improved in the aspects of ethics, technology, teachers and curriculum, and there is a boundary of “can not be done”, so the time limit, nodes and teaching links of its involvement in school physical education should be made necessary provisions and clarification. In view of the relevant subjects, this paper puts forward four practical approaches to physical education in the metaverse: To avoid the ethical worries in the metaverse, to highlight the humanistic care of physical education; increase the investment in infrastructure to build the technical base of physical education in the metaverse; pay attention to the improvement of the quality of talents, training high-quality metaverse physical education teachers; encourage multi-subject participation to create a demonstration of the metaverse physical education curriculum.更多还原
