【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing by type 1 diabetes educators on self-behavior management of patients with type 1 diabetes. Results The selfmanagement behavior score of study group was(86.38±5.54) points, which was higher than that of the control group(78.26±4.76) points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.611, P<0.05); after nursing, the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and scores of Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Diabetes Mellitus in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
