追施营养肥对设施栽培灵武长枣开花、坐果的影响

【摘要】 【目的】研究追施营养肥对设施栽培灵武长枣开花、坐果的影响。【方法】以设施栽培灵武长枣植株为研究对象,测定追施中埴复合微生物肥(浓度为0、5 000 mg/L、4 000 mg/L、3 330 mg/L)和源溯植物细胞1号肥(0、2 500 mg/L、1 670 mg/L、1 250 mg/L)对其开花情况、坐果率、落果率、吊果率的影响。【结果】结果表明,在设施栽培灵武长枣生长发育期内,随着追施营养肥浓度的增加,灵武长枣开花率、坐果率和吊果率呈上升趋势,落果率呈下降趋势。当枣吊长度在15~20 cm时,在追施中埴复合微生物肥料浓度为5 000 mg/L、源溯植物细胞1号肥浓度为2 500 mg/L处理下,灵武长枣的花朵数、花蕾数和开花率均高于其他处理,其中,开花率较对照增加了23.87%;坐果数和坐果率也高于其他处理,坐果率较对照增加了17.48%。在追施中埴复合微生物肥料浓度为5 000 mg/L、源溯植物细胞1号肥浓度为2 500 mg/L处理下,灵武长枣吊果率较对照提高了22.78%,落果率较对照降低了35.97%。【结论】设施栽培灵武长枣追施中埴复合微生物肥料5 000 mg/L、源溯植物细胞1号2 500 mg/L能促进开花坐果,可在设施栽培灵武长枣生产中推广应用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The effects of topdressing nutrient fertilizer on flowering and fruit setting of Lingwuchangzao in facility cultivation were studied.【Methods】Taking the facility cultivation of Lingwuchangzao plants as the research object, the effects of topdressing with compound microbial fertilizer(concentration of 0, 5 000 mg/L, 4 000 mg/L, 3 330 mg/L) and source plant cell 1 fertilizer(0, 2 500 mg/L, 1 670 mg/L, 1 250 mg/L) on its flowering, fruit setting rate, fruit drop rate and fruit drop rate were determined.【Results】When the length of jujube hanging reached 15~20 cm, applying a concentration of 5 000 mg/L of compound microbial fertilizer and a concentration of 2 500 mg/L of plant cell 1, the number of number of flowers, buds, and flowering rate of Lingwuchangzao were higher than those of other treatments. Among them, the flowering rate increased by 23.87% compared to the control. The number and rate of fruit setting were also higher than other treatments, with a 17.48% increase in fruit setting rate compared to the control. Under the treatment of a concentration of 5 000 mg/L of compound microbial fertilizer and 2 500 mg/L of plant cell NO1. fertilizer, the hanging fruit rate of Lingwuchangzao increased by 22.78% compared to the control, and the fruit drop rate decreased by 35.97% compared to the control. 【Conclusion】 The application of Zhongzhi compound microbial fertilizer 5 000 mg/L and Yuansu Plant Cell No.1 2 500 mg/L can promote flowering and fruit setting of Lingwuchangzao in facility cultivation, which can be popularized and applied in the production of LingwuChangzao jujube in protected cultivation.
