改性聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯熔融包覆制备缓释肥的研究
Study on the Preparation of Slow-Release Fertilizers by the Melt Coating of Modified Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)
【摘要】 绿色缓释肥的研发可缓解化肥的利用率较低所造成的养份浪费和严重的环境污染。本文使用异丙基三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸酯(TDBSP)改性可生物降解聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT),降低其熔体流动温度,加入环境友好的乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)进行增塑,进一步提高熔体流动性,使PBAT改性材料能够在120℃下用简单的搅拌工艺对复合肥颗粒进行环境友好的无溶剂熔融包覆,在此基础上填充一定量的疏水钙镁磷肥粉提高缓释效果,得到包膜完整且达到缓释要求的缓释复合肥,并对包膜形态进行评估,对缓释肥料的缓释性能进行了测试。钙镁磷肥粉的填充显著增强了缓释性能,在土柱淋溶实验中,24 h的养份释放低于15%,28 d养份累计释放约为80%,养份持续释放达20 d以上,为经济便捷地制备绿色环保的缓释肥提供借鉴,也为拓展PBAT等可降解塑料的应用领域提供思路。
【Abstract】 The developments of green slow-release fertilizers could alleviate the nutrient waste and serious environmental pollutions caused by the low utilization of chemical fertilizers.Isopropyl tris(dodecylbenzene sulfonyl)titanate(TDBSP)was used to modify biodegradable poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT),reducing the PBAT melt flow temperature.Then, the environmentally friendly acetyltributyl citrate(ATBC)was further added to improve the PBAT melt fluidity.The PBAT modified materials could be used for the environmentally friendly solvent-free melting coatings of compound fertilizer particles with simple stirring processes at 120 ℃.Furthermore, a certain amount of hydrophobic calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer powders were filled in the modified PBAT to improve the slow-release effect.The slow-release compound fertilizer with intact coatings which met the requirements for sustained release was obtained.The coating morphologies were evaluated, and the slow-release performance of the slow-release fertilizers was tested.The results show that the filling of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer powders further improves the slow-release effect.In the soil column leaching experiment, the nutrient release after 24 h is less than 15%,the cumulative nutrient release after 28 d is about 80%,and the nutrient release lasts for more than 20 d.This study provides references for the economical and convenient preparations of green environmentally friendly slow-release fertilizers, and also provides the idea for expanding the application fields of biodegradable plastics such as PBAT.
