【摘要】 目的 分析杞菊地黄汤加减结合西药治疗妊娠期高血压的效果。方法 回顾性选取2023年9月至2024年1月利津县中心医院收治的80例妊娠期高血压患者的临床资料，按照不同治疗方案分为中西结合组(n=40，采用杞菊地黄汤加减结合西药治疗)与对照组(n=40，采用常规西药治疗)。比较两组血压水平、临床疗效及分娩结局。结果治疗后，中西结合组收缩压为(127.35±13.21)mmHg、舒张压为(87.42±9.42)mmHg，均低于对照组的(137.54±14.66)mmHg、(92.45±10.37)mmHg，差异均有统计学意义(t=3.054、2.124,P均<0.05)。中西结合组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，中西结合组产后出血、早产、低体重儿、胎儿窘迫发生率均较低，差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 运用杞菊地黄汤加减方配合西药治疗妊娠期高血压能控制血压，有助于减少母婴不良事件，改善整体分娩结局，具有一定临床借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Lijin Central Hospital from September 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into the Chinese and Western combination group(n=40, treated with modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine) and the control group(n=40, treated with conventional Western medicine) according to different treatment regimens. The blood pressure levels, clinical efficacy and delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the Chinese and Western combination group had lower systolic blood pressure as(127.35±13.21) mmHg and diastolic blood pressure as(87.42±9.42) mmHg than(137.54±14.66) mmHg and(92.45±10.37) mmHg in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.054, 2.124, both P<0.05). The total effective rate of the Chinese and Western combination group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidences of postpartum hemorrhage, preterm birth, low birth weight infants and fetal distress in the Chinese and Western combination group were all lower, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of gestational hypertension can control blood pressure, help to reduce maternal and infant adverse events, and improve the overall delivery outcome, which has certain clinical reference value.更多还原
