【摘要】 [目的/意义]区域创新质量评价是准确反映一个区域在创新方面优势和不足的有效手段。专利导航能够明晰区域发展优势、前瞻识别区域发展风险，提高区域创新质量评价结果的科学性、精准性。[方法/过程]剖析现有区域创新质量评价方法的不足，梳理专利导航分析方法的作用、优势及分析思路，构建了专利导航在区域创新质量评价中的指标体系，其中二级指标体系包括创新要素集聚、创新产出、创新效益、科技匹配度、企业匹配度、产业匹配度。[结果/结论]以长三角27个城市为研究对象，开展了专利导航在区域创新质量评价研究中的应用实证分析，提出长三角城市群一体化发展对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] Regional innovation quality evaluation can accurately reflect the advantages and disadvantages of a region in innovation. Patent navigation can clarity regional development advantages, identify regional development risks in a forward-looking manner, and improve the scientificity and accuracy of regional innovation quality evaluation results. [Method/process]This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing regional innovation quality evaluation methods, sorts out the functions, advantages and analysis ideas of patent navigation analysis methods, and constructs an index system of patent navigation in regional innovation quality evaluation, among which the secondary index system includes innovation factor agglomeration, innovation output, innovation benefit, matching degree between patent activity and technology, matching degree between patent activity and enterprise, matching degree between patent activity and industry. [Result/conclusion] Taking 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as research objects, this paper carries out an empirical analysis of the application of patent navigation in the evaluation of regional innovation quality, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.更多还原
