我国特色锂资源绿色循环利用技术发展现状与展望

【摘要】 锂是支撑新能源产业可持续发展的关键金属,实现特色锂资源绿色循环利用对保障我国锂资源安全供给意义重大。我国锂资源整体呈现原生锂资源总体品位低、高效清洁利用难度大、再生锂资源利用效率低、高值循环利用需求大的特点。结合我国资源与产业特点,系统介绍了盐湖锂、矿石锂及再生锂等特色锂资源综合利用技术进展,重点阐述分析了盐湖卤水萃取法及吸附法提锂技术,锂辉石、锂云母、黏土型锂矿冶炼提锂技术,废旧锂离子电池回收利用技术以及其他含锂废料提锂技术的现状与发展趋势,进一步从技术、产业与政策层面提出我国特色锂资源绿色循环利用体系构建建议,以期为锂产业高质量可持续绿色发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 Lithium is the key metal to support the sustainable development of new energy industry. It is of great significance to realize the green recycling of characteristic lithium resources to ensure the safe supply of lithium resources in China. China’s lithium resources are characterized by low overall grade of primary lithium resources,difficulty in efficient and clean utilization, low utilization efficiency of recycled lithium resources, and large demand for high-value recycling. Based on the characteristics of China’s resources and industry, the progress of comprehensive utilization technology of characteristic lithium resources, such as salt lake lithium, ore lithium and recycled lithium, were systematically introduced. The current situation and development trend of lithium extraction technology of salt lake brine extraction and adsorption, lithium extraction technology of spodumene, lepidolite,clay-type lithium ore smelting, recycling technology of waste lithium ion battery and lithium extraction technology of other lithium-containing waste were emphatically analyzed. The current situation and development trend of lithium extraction technology were further proposed from the technical, industrial and policy levels. Suggestions on the construction of green recycling system of characteristic lithium resources in China were put forward in order to provide reference for the high-quality sustainable green development of lithium industry.
