【摘要】 互联网以及社交媒体的不断发展为网络舆情的产生提供了广阔的平台，包含的舆情信息涉及各个行业和领域，对于物流与供应链也造成了极大影响。文章基于知网上查阅到的涉及网络舆情的物流与供应链相关的文献，从网络舆情对供应链的影响、网络舆情视角下物流与供应风险识别与监测、网络舆情视角下物流与供应链策略与治理三个方面对已有文献进行了梳理分析，发现当前涉及网络舆情的物流与供应链相关研究所存在的不足之处，以期为学者对该领域的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The continuous development of the Internet and social media has provided a broad platform for the generation of online public opinion, which contains public opinion information related to various industries and fields, and has a great impact on logistics and supply chain. Based on the literature on logistics and supply chain related to online public opinion found on CNKI, the article compares and analyzes the existing literature from three aspects, namely, the impact of online public opinion on supply chain, the identification and monitoring of logistics and supply chain risks from the perspective of online public opinion, and the strategies and governance of logistics and supply chain from the perspective of online public opinion, and finds the deficiencies in the current research on logistics and supply chain related to online public opinion, so as to provide reference for scholars to study this field.更多还原
