【摘要】 为设计开发可以解释职业健康行为的理论模型和技术工具，采用题总相关分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和信效度检验的方法，结合职业健康文化量表的研究基础，编制基于COM-B模型的职业健康行为量表，并进行验证分析。研究结果表明：能力量表包含3个维度共9个题项，动机量表包含7个维度共21个题项，经验证具有优秀的内部一致性、因子成分稳定性和模型拟合度，得到良好的信度和效度分析结果，因此形成最终的正式量表，在COM-B理论模型的基础上，将职业健康文化融入其中，体现良好的适用性。研究结果可为职业健康相关行为的解释与干预提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 To design and develop the theoretical model and technical tool which can explain the occupational health behavior, the methods including item-total correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity testing were employed.Based on the research basis on occupational health culture scales, an occupational health behavior scale based on COM-B model was developed, and the validation analysis was conducted.The results show that the capability scale contains 9 items in 3 dimensions, and the motivation scale contains 21 items in 7 dimensions.Through the validation, they exhibit excellent internal consistency, factor component stability and model fitting degree, and the good reliability and validity analysis results are obtained.Consequently, the final formal scales are formed.Based on the COM-B theoretical model, the occupational health culture is integrated into it for the first time, which reflects good applicability.The research results can provide support for the interpretation and intervention of occupational health related behavior.更多还原
