【摘要】 目的 研究全视野数字切片（Whole Slide Images, WSI）结合案例教学法（Case-Based Learning,CBL）在病理住院医师规范化培训中应用的实际效果及意义。方法 以2022年9月-2023年8月在基地培训的27名病理医师为研究对象，在病理诊断示教阶段，试验组用WSI结合CBL的授课方式，对照组采用传统内容授课法（Lecture-Based Learning,LBL）分别进行带教，每月统计两组学员理论和病理切片诊断考核成绩，共计12个月。结果 理论考核对照组和试验组成绩分别为（91.77±2.28）分和（92.14±2.57）分，两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。切片考核试验组成绩（91.43±2.57）分显著高于对照组（88.23±3.30）分，且总成绩方面试验组总成绩（91.79±2.37）分显著高于对照组（90.00±1.86）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 WSI结合CBL的教学方法能充分适应临床病理学科特点，对住院医师病理诊断思维模式的培养、诊断能力的提升等都具有极大的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the practical effect and significance of whole slide images(WSI) combined with case-based learning(CBL) in the standardized residency training of pathologists. Methods A total of 27 pathologists who received training in the base from September2022 to August 2023 were enrolled as research subjects. In the pathological diagnosis teaching session, the experimental group was taught using WSI combined with CBL, while the control group received traditional lecture-based learning(LBL). The theoretical and pathological slide diagnosis assessment scores of the two groups were recorded monthly for a total of 12 months. Results The theoretical scores of the control group and experimental group were(91.77±2.28)and(92.14 ± 2.57), respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The slide diagnosis score of the experimental group(91.43 ± 2.57) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.23±3.30), and the total score of the experimental group(91.79±2.37) was also significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00 ±1.86), with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method combining WSI and CBL is well adapted to the characteristics of clinical pathology,and greatly promotes the cultivation of pathological diagnosis thinking modes and the improvement of diagnostic abilities among residents.更多还原
