【摘要】 以研究国内外学业导师制的现状为基础，通过调查发现，我国高校学业导师存在重视程度不高、均衡发展不足、工作抓手不多、协同融合不够的问题。在社会传染理论的支撑下，提出构建“1+2+5”本科生学业导师育人模式，通过优秀群体和个人的带动引领作用，把其良好行为传染给其他人，形成传染效应，借助5支队伍的协同育人力量，推动学生德智体美劳全面发展。同时从强化责任担当、发挥组织优势、提高育人能力三个方面对该模式的实施提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study analyzed the current situation of the Chinese academic mentorship system and compares the differences between Chinese and foreign systems. We found that the academic mentorship system in Chinese higher education institutions still lacks attention on building the system, the development is unbalanced and incomplete, the collaboration and integration are inadequate. Based on the situation, we propose a “1+2+5”mentoring model for the education of undergraduate students. This model uses social contagion theory to promote the all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development of the majority of student groups through the appeal and exemplary behavior of elite students and groups. In addition, we also proposed implementation strategies for this model, including strengthening responsibilities, leveraging organizational strengths, and improving educational capabilities.更多还原
