【摘要】 对教学方法进行革新是提升医学教育质量的核心要素。在持续推进的教学改革背景下，多元化教学模式的应用效能已超越传统方式，如何通过模式创新或组合以实现教学效的益最大化，是临床医学教育亟待突破的难点。文章基于肝病科的诊疗特性及临床实践教学场景，构建“导入、目标、前测、参与、后测、总结(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory-learning,postassessment,summary,BOPPPS)”教学模式的框架，整合案例研讨与床旁教学的复合式教学体系，可以有效弥合理论教学与临床实践的断层。BOPPPS教学模式能够提升肝病科本科生的学习积极性与专注度，同时可以提升其技能操作水平、理论掌握度、分析解决及沟通能力，且学生对该教学模式的满意度较高。通过融入科研思维训练及医学人文元素，可以同步强化学生的学术素养与职业价值观，为优化肝病科的临床教学体系提供了新路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innovation of teaching methodologies constitutes a core element in elevating the quality of medical education.Under the background of the continuous advancement of teaching reform,the application efficacy of diversified teaching models has demonstrably surpassed that of traditional methods.How to achieve the maximization of teaching efficiency through model innovation or combination is an urgent difficulty that clinical medical education needs to break through.Building upon the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of hepatology and the context of clinical practical teaching scenarios,this article have developed a composite instructional framework that integrates casebased discussions and bedside teaching within the structured “bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary”(BOPPPS) model.The BOPPPS teaching model can enhance the learning enthusiasm and concentration of undergraduate students in the hepatology department.Meanwhile,it can improve their skill operation level,theoretical mastery,analytical and problem-solving skills,as well as communication abilities.Moreover,students have a relatively high satisfaction with this teaching model.By incorporating scientific research thinking training and medical humanities elements,this model can concurrently strengthens students’ academic competencies and professional values,which provides a new way for optimizing the clinical teaching system of the department of hepatology.更多还原
