【摘要】 随着人口老龄化进程的不断加速，老年群体数字文化参与滞后，社区文化养老的需求不断凸显，传统的社区养老模式已不再适应当前老年人需求。因此，本研究剖析新质文化力和城市社区文化养老内涵，借助IPO模型分析其在资源整合、文化传播等层面的作用机制，针对文化资源分散、传播效能不足、产品供需失衡、文化认同不足等挑战，提出整合文化资源、革新文化传播、开发适配产品、构建文化认同等路径，推动“科技—文化—治理”协同养老体系，为数字化时代社区文化养老范式创新提供理论与实践指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous acceleration of the aging population process, the digital cultural participation of the elderly group lags behind, and the demand for community cultural endowment for the aged is increasingly prominent. The traditional community endowment model can no longer meet the current needs of the elderly. Therefore, this study analyzes the connotations of new cultural forces and urban community cultural endowment for the aged, uses the IPO model to analyze its action mechanisms at the levels of resource integration and cultural communication. Aiming at the challenges such as scattered cultural resources, insufficient communication efficiency, imbalance between product supply and demand, and insufficient cultural identity, it proposes paths such as integrating cultural resources, innovating cultural communication, developing adaptive products, and constructing cultural identity, so as to promote the “technology-culture-governance” collaborative endowment for the aged system, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the innovation of community cultural endowment for the aged paradigm in the digital era.更多还原
