【摘要】 校地联动能促进学校与地方的深度融合，推动农业科技成果转化和应用，为地方农业发展提供有力的涉农专业人才支持和智力保障。为此，本研究先梳理校地联动与涉农专业人才培养概述，再分析校地联动背景下涉农专业人才培养现状，提出了校地联动背景下多方协同育人、综合实践教学、师资队伍建设的涉农专业人才培养模式。根植于此，创新性地从政策、资金、组织层面提出校地联动背景下涉农专业人才培养的保障机制，希冀为国家培养出符合新经济形势下的应用型和实践型高端涉农人才提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 University-local collaboration can promote deep integration between educational institutions and regional entities, facilitate the transformation and application of agricultural scientific achievements, and provide robust professional talent support and intellectual guarantees for local agricultural development. To this end, this study first outlines the concepts of university-local collaboration and the cultivation of agriculture-related professionals, then analyzes the current status of such talent cultivation under this collaborative framework. It proposes a multi-stakeholder cooperative education model integrating comprehensive practical teaching and faculty team development for agriculture-related professional training within the university-local collaboration context. Building upon this foundation, the study innovatively presents safeguard mechanisms from policy, funding, and organizational perspectives to ensure effective talent cultivation, aiming to provide references for nurturing applied and practical high-end agriculture-related professionals suited to the new economic landscape.更多还原
