【摘要】 医学高校教育体系重理论轻实践，缺乏新技术课程，亟须通过多学科融合与创新创业教育改革提升人才培养质量，以满足产业需求，推动教学改革，促进经济发展。本研究提出构建“新医科专创融合”教学体系，以应对医药类高校人才培养与产业需求脱节问题。通过“医+工”“医+理”等多学科融合，建立“新医科+”“三创”课程和“专创融合”课程体系，推动药学教育跨学科发展。实施师资培训，搭建校企合作平台，形成“试点先行+分层递进+制度保障”的培养机制。以药学专硕为试点，融合创新创业教育与医药课程，引入教育评价机制，培养高层次药学创新人才，助力新医科发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical college education system emphasizes theory over practice and lacks new technology courses. It is urgent to improve the quality of personnel training through multidisciplinary integration and innovation and entrepreneurship education reform to meet the needs of the industry, promote teaching reform and promote economic development. This paper constructs the "New Medical Innovation and Integration" teaching system to address the disconnect between talent cultivation in medical universities and industry demands. By integrating multiple disciplines such as "Medicine + Engineering" and "Medicine + Science" it establishes the "New Medical+" "three-innovation" curriculum and the "Innovation-Integrated" curriculum system, promoting interdisciplinary development in pharmaceutical education. Faculty training is implemented, and a universityenterprise collaboration platform is built to establish a "Pilot First + Progressive Advancement + Institutional Support" talent training mechanism. With pharmacy master’s students as a pilot, the system integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education with pharmaceutical courses, introduces an educational evaluation mechanism,and cultivates high-level innovative pharmaceutical talents to support the advancement of new medical sciences.更多还原
