【摘要】 在生态文明建设与“双碳”目标协同推进的发展格局下，城市公共空间正向生态服务功能转型。以天津市人民公园低碳数字植物园为例，从历史文脉延续、数字技术集成与公众参与机制三个层面，分析其“科技—文化—参与”协同创新的实施路径。通过总结植物园在构建数字生态服务平台、引入国际零碳微花园节及创新公众低碳参与模式等方面的经验，评估其在提升城市绿地服务功能、支持区域碳中和行动及提高市民低碳认知等方面的初步成效，进而提出具有推广价值的城市公园低碳化更新的“天津模式”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the development pattern where the ecological civilization construction and the “dual carbon” goals are advanced in tandem, urban public spaces are transforming towards ecological service functions. Taking the Low-carbon Digital Botanical Garden of Tianjin People’s Park as an example, the paper analyzes the implementation path of its collaborative innovation of “technology–culture–participation” from three aspects: the continuation of historical context, the integration of digital technology and the mechanism of public participation. By summarizing the experience of the botanical garden in building a digital ecological service platform, introducing the International Zero-carbon Micro-garden Festival and innovating the public’s low-carbon participation model, the paper evaluates the initial achievements in enhancing the service functions of urban green spaces, supporting regional carbon neutrality actions and improving citizens’ low-carbon awareness, to propose a “Tianjin model” for the low-carbon renewal of urban parks with promotion value.更多还原
