【摘要】 新工科建设对复合型人才培养提出了更高要求。以天津大学建筑学院为例，通过问卷调查、深度访谈及案例研究，分析学科交叉培养的现状与挑战，探讨导师在其中所担任的角色及优化路径。结果显示，导师在知识整合、资源调动与跨学科思维培养方面起到关键作用，但目前面临导师自身知识储备受限、跨学科成果认定机制缺失及制度支撑薄弱等问题。基于此，提出完善知识资源整合及导师协作机制、优化评估体系与制度保障、支持学生跨学科能力发展等建议，以推动高校学科交叉人才培养体系的持续完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of Emerging Engineering Education places higher requirements on the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. Through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case studies, the paper takes the School of Architecture of Tianjin University as an example to analyze the current situation and challenges of interdisciplinary training, with a focus on the role of supervisors and optimization approaches. Findings reveal that supervisors play a crucial role in knowledge integration, resource coordination, and fostering interdisciplinary thinking. However, at present, there are problems such as the limited knowledge reserves of the supervisors, the lack of the interdisciplinary achievement recognition mechanism, and the weak institutional support. Based on these findings, the paper proposes recommendations to enhance the integration of knowledge resources and collaborative supervision mechanisms, improve evaluation systems and institutional guarantees, and support the development of students’ interdisciplinary skill, aiming to promote the continuous improvement of the interdisciplinary talent training system in higher education.更多还原
