【摘要】 目的 探讨护士静脉穿刺疼痛程度的影响因素。方法 对14名护士进行编号，选取2021-09-12—2022-05-12在郑州大学第五附属医院住院的52例患者为研究对象，建立一般资料。护士分组轮流对52例患者进行静脉输液，共728人次。每次穿刺时测量护士的进针角度、速度、时间，记录见回血后是否继续进针，操作过程中是否对患者进行心理干预，并在穿刺结束后运用疼痛数字等级评定量表（NRS）对患者进行疼痛评估，分析与患者疼痛程度相关的因素。结果 单因素分析显示，行静脉穿刺52例患者，共728次静脉穿刺，其中工作年限、进针角度、进针时间、进针长度、心理干预等对穿刺疼痛感的影响差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 工作年限长的护士进行操作、大角度快速进针且见回血后即停止进针，以及在操作过程中对患者行心理干预均能减轻患者疼痛程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing factors for venepuncture pain based on nurses’ behavioural characteristics.Methods A total of 14 nurses were numbered,and 52 patients who were hospitalized in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 12,2021 to May 12,2022were selected as the research subjects to establish general data.Nurses were grouped to give intravenous infusion therapy to 52 patients in turn respectively,totalling 728.At each puncture,the angle,speed and time of the nurse’s needle insertion were measured,and it was recorded whether or not the nurse continued to insert the needle after seeing the return of blood and whether or not psychological intervention was carried out with the patient during the operation.We also assessed the patients’ pain using the numerical rating scale for pain(NRS)at the end of the puncture,and analyzed the factors related to the patients’ pain level.Results One-way ANOVA analysis showed that the differences in working years,needle insertion angle,puncture time and needle insertion length were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses with long years of experience in the field,rapid needle insertion at a large angle and stopping the needle when blood returns,and psychological intervention during the operation can reduce the pain level.更多还原
