【摘要】 <正>多年来，学术期刊是国内学者科研成果交流和传播的重要平台，也是青年学者科研工作起步的摇篮。学术期刊的高质量发展依存于优秀的作者队伍，它作为学术公器必须遵循公用的原则。故此，学术期刊不是为高端作者狭义的学术小圈子服务，而是要充分体现学术期刊对所有作者的友好性。学术期刊越来越重视工作流程的透明化，倡导友善办刊，其目的就是提高对作者的友好度。何云峰先生将期刊对作者的友好性归纳为“高透明度”“采稿公平”等四个方面。^（1）更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality academic journals cannot be separated from a high-quality authors and a good reputation for journal management,and both of which depend on good author friendliness.Academic journals must prioritize improving their author friendliness,as it is key to maintaining a positive public image within the academic community and is an important factor in ensuring the high-quality development of academic journals.In the context of pursuing high-quality development of academic journals and building a Chinese autonomous knowledge system,how to understand the concept of author friendliness in academic journals and effectively enhance it becomes particularly important.Upon this,we have invited the editors-in-chief from the fields of digest magazines,university journals,and academy of social sciences journals to engage in a special discussion on this topic,aiming to theoretically emphasize the importance of author friendliness in the journal community and to practically enhance author friendliness.更多还原
