【Abstract】 Objective To report the diagnosis and treatment of a case with systemic hypophosphoric osteomalacia caused by suprapatellar capsule phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of a case of systemic hypophosphorus osteomalacia caused by suprapatellar capsule phosphaturic interstitial tumor in our department were reported and analyzed. Results After tumor resection, blood phosphorus gradually returned to normal level, and the symptoms of bone pain were significantly relieved. Conclusions PET-CT is of great significance for the diagnosis and localization of metabolic bone diseases and tumors, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The surgery should be performed in time to obtain a good prognosis when the tumor is found.更多还原
