【摘要】 目的 研究自拟化痰祛湿汤治疗痰湿内阻型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年9月太和县中医院的98例原发性高血压患者，采用随机数字表法分为2组，各49例。对照组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰祛湿汤治疗，观察4周，比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后的血压水平以、中医证候积分。观察不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。2组中医证候积分、收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前降低（P<0.05），且观察组均低于对照组（P<0.05）;2组患者治疗期间均无药物不良事件发生。结论 自拟化痰祛湿汤治疗痰湿内阻型原发性高血压可提高临床疗效，改善中医证候积分，促进降压，安全性良好，值得临床进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of self-made Huatan Qushi decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction type. Methods A total of 98 patients with essential hypertension in Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate tablets, and the observation group was treated with Huatan Qushi decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure levels before and after treatment, and scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions was also observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of TCM syndromes, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). No adverse drug events occurred in either group during the treatment period. Conclusion The self-made Huatan Qushi decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction type can improve clinical efficacy, reduce TCM syndrome scores, promote blood pressure reduction, and has good safety, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.更多还原
