证券公司ESG战略实施动因及策略研究

【摘要】 ESG是高质量发展的重要抓手，证券公司是资本市场的重要中介机构。文章对证券公司实施ESG战略的动因进行了分析，探索证券公司在履行ESG职责中的业务模式，指出其中存在的问题，对证券公司全面实施ESG战略提出了相关建议。

【Abstract】 ESG serves as a critical lever for high-quality development,and securities companies are crucial intermediaries in the capital market. This paper analyzes the motivations behind securities companies’ implementation of ESG strategies,explores the business models adopted in fulfilling ESG responsibilities,identifies existing issues,and proposes recommendations for the comprehensive advancement of ESG strategies in securities companies.
