新工科与新文科融合背景下土地管理学课程混合式教学改革探索

【摘要】 随着“四新”建设改革的不断推进，国家对落实高等教育和人才培养提出了更高的要求。新工科与新文科间的交叉融合旨在培养能够适应快速发展变化社会的高素质人才，并推动国家科技进步。土地资源管理专业是一门理、工、管交叉融合综合性学科，而土地管理学作为该专业的核心课程之一，也应顺应改革趋势，探索能够培养既懂技术又懂管理、兼具创新精神和实践能力复合型人才的混合教学模式。基于此，该研究探讨土地管理学混合式教学的重要意义，并从理论和实践融合、创新教学方法、建立考核与监管机制、强化学生创新能力培养四方面提出改革举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the "Four New" construction reform, China has put forward higher requirements for the implementation of higher education and personnel training. The cross-integration between new engineering and new liberal arts aims to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the rapid development and change of society. The major of land resource management is a comprehensive discipline with the cross integration of science, engineering and management. As one of the core courses of the major, land management should al so conforms to the reform trend and explores a mixed teaching mode that can cultivates composite talents with both technical and management knowledge, innovative spirit and practical ability.Based on this, this study discusses the significance of blended teaching of land management, and puts forward reform measures from four aspects, i.e., integration of theory and practice, innovation of teaching methods, establishment of assessment and supervision mechanism, and strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.更多还原
