基于农业与食品全产业链人才培养的科产教融合实践教学基地群建设探讨

【摘要】 针对传统科产教融合缺乏长效机制、校企合作缺乏规范引导、供求信息交流不畅通、校外实习基地建设常面临着经费不足、学生实习时间短、实习地点少、实习内容空泛、无法保证学生接受全面的实践训练、实习以参观为主和企业无合作积极性等问题，根据省级教学质量与教学改革项目——广东工业大学-番禺区现代农业与食品科产教融合实践教学基地群总结并探讨实践教学基地的建设经验。通过基于地理邻近，经营范围涉及产业链上下游企业集群而建设科产教融合实践教学基地群，拓宽视野，打造沟通平台，建立技术支持模式，建立项目驱动模式，从而提高企业与学生的积极性，推动实践教学改革及企业科技创新，最终实现科产教在点线面不同层面有机融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, there are various problems in the traditional model of science, industry and education, in cultivating talents. The traditional integration of science, industry and education have no long-term mechanism. There was few normative guidance during school-enterprise cooperation. The information exchange between supply and demand is not timely and clearly.In addition, the construction of off-campus practice base often has problems, such as insufficient funds, short internship time, few internship places, vague internship content, visiting as the main form of internship, which leads to students are unable to receive comprehensive practical training. Above all, the enterprises lack enthusiasm foe cooperation. This study summarized and discussed the construction experience of practice teaching base, according to the Provincial Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform project-Guangdong University of Technology and Panyu District Modern Agriculture and Food Science, Industry and Teaching Integration Practice Teaching Base. The science, industry and teaching integration practice teaching base group was constructed on account of the geographical proximity and the business scope involving the upstream and downstream enterprise clusters of the industrial chain, which broaden the horizon, build the communication platform, establish the technical support mode, establish the project driven mode. Therefore, construction of this Practice Teaching Base improved the enthusiasm of enterprises and students,promoted the practice teaching reform and enterprise scientific and technological innovation, and realized the organic integration of science, industry and education at different levels.更多还原
