【Abstract】 This study aims to propose recommendations for improving legal protection measures to strengthen the intellectual property protection of seed varieties by analyzing the current status of seed variety infringement, legal frameworks, and typical cases. The content of the research includes exploring the main manifestations and impacts of seed variety infringement, outlining international and domestic legal frameworks for seed variety protection,analyzing the main forms of seed variety infringement, proposing preventive measures in legal, technical, and management aspects, and verifying the effectiveness of these measures through typical case studies from home and abroad. It is hoped that this study will provide strong support for relevant legislation and policy-making, enhance the legal protection of seed varieties, and promote agricultural technological innovation and the protection of farmers’ rights. The importance of this research lies in the fact that only through effective legal, technical, and management measures can seed variety infringement be effectively prevented, breeders’ legitimate rights and interests be safeguarded, and sustainable agricultural development be promoted.更多还原
