西部失落片区郑家庄活力评价与提升研究

【摘要】 针对城市失落片区构建科学全面的活力评价体系,是促进城市精细化与持续化发展的重要前提。文中以兰州郑家庄片区作为西部城市活力失落片区代表进行分析,总结其现状土地、交通、生态和产业失活特征,通过构建包含开发条件、空间可达性、公服效能和建筑价值四个维度的活力评价体系,对片区现状活力进行定性和定量分析,揭示了其空间分布特征。研究发现片区活力呈现由东北向西南逐渐降低的趋势,西部活力值远低于东部,并基于此提出优化土地利用、完善交通网络、改善生态环境、升级产业结构的活力再生策略。

【Abstract】 Constructing a scientific and comprehensive vitality evaluation system for neglected urban areas is a critical prerequisite for promoting refined and sustainable urban development. This study analyzes the Zhengjiazhuang area in Lanzhou as a representative of vitality-lost areas in western cities. It summarizes the characteristics of land,transportation, ecology, and industrial vitality loss in the area. By establishing a vitality evaluation system encompassing four dimensions: development conditions, spatial accessibility, public service efficiency, and architectural value, the study conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of the current vitality of the area, revealing its spatial distribution characteristics. The findings indicate that vitality gradually decreases from northeast to southwest, with the western region’s vitality values significantly lower than those in the east. Based on these insights, the study proposes regeneration strategies, including optimizing land use, improving transportation networks, enhancing the ecological environment, and upgrading the industrial structure.
