基于内熔丝压敏电阻单元的熔断型避雷器组设计
Design of Multi-Column Surge Arresters Based on Internally Fused MOV Unit
【摘要】 在多柱并联避雷器组中采用内熔丝串联的结构可以在发生局部故障时快速隔离故障柱,防止系统闭锁。本研究以直流换流站MRTB避雷器组为例,提出熔断型多柱并联避雷器组设计方法。首先根据避雷器参数选取电阻片并确定避雷器组结构,然后根据安秒特性配合要求设计并制造熔丝,最后在实验室中搭建大功率试验平台,通过电流耐受试验以及熔断隔离试验以验证熔丝的可靠性。试验结果表明,所设计的内熔丝串联压敏电阻单元可靠耐受近似于实际工况的操作冲击电流,在熔断试验中发生单柱局部故障时熔丝熔断时间为1.2 ms。
【Abstract】 In the multi-column parallel arrester group, the structure of internal fuse in series can quickly isolate the fault column in case of local fault and prevent the system from locking. Taking the MRTB arrester group of DC converter station as an example, the author proposes a design method of fused multi-column shunt arrester group. First, select the resistor blade according to the arrester parameters and determine the structure of the arrester group. Then, design and manufacture the fuse according to the requirements of ampere second characteristics. Finally, build a high-power test platform in the laboratory to verify the reliability of the fuse through current withstand test and fuse isolation test. The test results show that the designed internal fuse series varistor unit can reliably withstand the operating impulse current approximate to the actual working condition, and the fuse fusing time is 1.2 ms when a single column fault occurs in the fusing test.
