【摘要】 我国城镇化进程进入高质量发展的“下半场”，对公共服务空间人性化建设提出新要求。社区级中心公共空间作为居民使用频率较高的服务设施集成场所，其全龄友好建设对于实现“以人为核心的新型城镇化战略”具有重要影响。本文基于全龄友好视角，通过梳理分析新加坡在社区级中心商业空间、交通空间、活动空间、绿色空间的建设情况，提出其遵循的代际包容、安全易达、开放共享三项原则，最终对我国社区级中心公共空间的建设提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’ s urbanization process has entered the "second half" of high-quality development,which puts forward new requirements for the humanistic construction of public service spaces.As an integrated service facility frequently used by the residents,the all-age friendly development of community-level central public spaces has an important impact on the realization of "people-centric new urbanization strategy".Based on the perspective of all-age friendliness,this article analyzes the design of commercial space,traffic space,activity space and green space in the community-level center in Singapore,and identifies three design principles:intergenerational inclusive ness,safety and accessibility,and openness and shareability.This article finally puts forward suggestions on the development of the community-level center in China.更多还原
