【摘要】 以木棉/棉混纺纱线织造的双罗纹针织物为研究对象，测试评价洗涤前后木棉/棉混纺针织物形态结构、重量损失率、木棉含量、热湿舒适性等指标，探究洗涤次数、洗涤温度、干燥方式等洗涤参数对木棉/棉混纺针织物的结构与性能的影响。结果表明：洗涤后织物变得蓬松，有一定质量损失，主要源于木棉的损失，保温性能有所下降，透气透湿性有所提高，尺寸稳定性受洗涤温度次数影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interlock knitted fabric woven with kapok/cotton blended yarn was taken as the research object, the morphological structure, weight loss rate, kapok content, heat and humidity comfort and other indexes of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabrics before and after washing were tested and evaluated, and the effects of washing parameters such as washing times, washing temperature and drying methods on the structure and properties of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabrics were explored. The results showed that the fabric became fluffy after washing and there was a certain quality loss, which was mainly due to the loss of kapok, the thermal insulation properties decreased, the air and moisture permeability improved, and the dimensional stability was greatly affected by the number of washing temperatures.更多还原
