常规导管桨增设前/后置定子水动力比较分析

【摘要】 [目的]为提高导管桨性能,[方法]基于雷诺平均纳维-斯托克斯(RANS)方法探讨增设前置或后置定子对加速型导管桨性能的影响,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,结合水池试验,对带定子导管桨的敞水性能进行分析,并验证方法的准确性和有效性。对具有不同剖面拱度、安装角、剖面厚度以及数量定子的导管桨敞水性能进行预报,分析参数变化对水动力性能的影响规律。[结果]结果表明:当采用最佳前置定子导管桨时,挖泥工况下的净推力相比原桨提升了15.13%,自由航行工况下的航速则提高了5.03%,且推进效率也增加了2.7%。当采用后置定子导管桨时,挖泥工况下的净推力相比原桨提升了7.4%,自由航行工况下的航速提高了2.3%,推进效率也提升了2.13%。[结论]研究成果可为导管桨设计和优化提供一定参考。

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To improve the performance of ducted propellers, [Method] based on the Reynolds averaged Navier Stokes(RANS) method, the effect of adding front or rear stators on the performance of accelerated ducted propellers is explored. Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method is used, combined with pool experiments, to analyze the open water performance of ducted propellers with stators and verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the method. The open water performance of ducted propellers with different profile camber, installation angle, profile thickness, and number of stators is predicted, and the influence of parameter changes on hydrodynamic performance is analyzed. [Results] The results show that when using the optimal pre stator guide vane propeller, the net thrust under dredging conditions increased by 15.13% compared to the original propeller, the speed under free navigation conditions increased by 5.03%, and the propulsion efficiency also increased by 2.7%. When using a rear stator guide vane propeller, the net thrust under dredging conditions increased by 7.4% compared to the original propeller, the speed under free navigation conditions increased by 2.3%, and the propulsion efficiency also increased by 2.13%. [Conclusion] The research results can provide some references for the design and optimization of ducted propellers.
