【摘要】 在冰雪运动与数字经济深度融合的时代背景下，如何以数智化技术促进冰雪经济提质增效，已成为学界关注的前沿课题。通过剖析数智技术赋能滑雪旅游产业高质量发展的内涵与价值，指出其理论逻辑在于推动滑雪旅游产业从粗放型增长迈向创新驱动型增长，实践逻辑可以减化运营成本、提升服务质效、促进供需适配、拓展产业空间。但当前存在有效制度供给短缺，数智应用缺乏监督规范；产业结构不尽合理，数智服务供给量少质低；产业发展基础薄弱，数智技术创新能力受限；专业人才供需失衡，高质量数智化人才短缺等现实问题。提出强化政策扶持力度，促进数智技术深度应用；筑牢产业体系根基，加强数智基础设施建设；实施数智运营管理，实现企业管理目标升级；加快核心技术攻关，强调科技成果落地转化；搭建人才培养平台，强化数智赋能支撑体系等实践路向。通过对数智技术的深度融合与创新应用，赋能滑雪旅游产业高质量发展，从而引领产业迈向新高度和新局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the deep integration of ice and snow sports and the digital economy, how to use digital-intelligent technology to promote the quality and efficiency of the ice and snow economy has become a cutting-edge topic concerned by academic circles. By analyzing the connotation and value of digital-intelligent technology empowering the high-quality development of the ski tourism industry, this paper points out that its theoretical logic lies in promoting the ski tourism industry from extensive growth to innovation-driven growth. The practical logic can reduce operating costs, improve service quality and efficiency, promote the matching of supply and demand, and expand industrial space. However, there are currently practical problems such as a shortage of effective institutional supply and lack of supervision and norms for digital-intelligent applications; an unreasonable industrial structure and insufficient quantity and low quality of digital-intelligent service supply; weak industrial development foundation and limited innovation capacity of digital-intelligent technology; and an imbalance between supply and demand of professional talents and a shortage of high-quality digital-intelligent talents. This paper puts forward practical approaches such as strengthening policy support to promote the in-depth application of digital-intelligent technology; consolidating the foundation of the industrial system and strengthening the construction of digitalintelligent infrastructure; implementing digital-intelligent operation and management to upgrade enterprise management goals; accelerating the tackling of core technologies and emphasizing the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements; and building a talent training platform to strengthen the digital-intelligent empowerment support system. Through the in-depth integration and innovative application of digital-intelligent technology, we can empower the high-quality development of the ski tourism industry, thus leading the industry to a new height and a new situation.更多还原
