【摘要】 建设体育强国，文化是力量源泉；建设文化强国，体育是重要支点。体育作为一种独特的文化形态，是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分，因而与推进文化自信自强有着充沛的逻辑联结。以习近平文化思想为指引，从文化自信和文化创新2个维度解读了新时代体育发展所应担负的“新的文化使命”。以具体运动项目的文化解读为切口，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、案例法和口述史等研究方法对中国体操的发展历程进行了回顾，认为这一历程是文化自信的生成与文化样态的拓展过程，也是民族文化的加持与创新过程。从中华民族精神角度对中国体操的文化魅力进行了诠释，将中国体操文化的精神特质概括为：天道酬勤的价值信仰、精益求精的工匠精神、求难创新的绝招意识和兼收并蓄的包容胸怀。结合习近平文化思想和新时代体育发展战略，指出中国特色体操文化的时代价值主要体现在：1)为丰富中华体育精神增添了新内涵；2)为拓展体育育人资源注入了新元素；3)为推动体育强国建设提供了新动力；4)为撬动运动项目发展提供了新支点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture serves as the source of strength for building a leading sports nation, while sports constitutes an important pillar for building a leading cultural country. As a unique cultural form, sport is an integral part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and therefore has a profound logical connection with enhancing cultural confidence and self-improvement. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, this paper interprets the “new cultural mission” that sports development in the new era should undertake from the two dimensions of cultural confidence and cultural innovation. Taking the cultural interpretation of specific sports events as the starting point, this paper reviews the development process of Chinese gymnastics by using the methods of literature review, expert interviews, case study and oral history. It holds that this process represents not only the formation of cultural confidence and the expansion of cultural patterns but also the reinforcement and innovation of national culture. From the perspective of the Chinese national spirit, it interprets the cultural charm of Chinese gymnastics, summarizes the spiritual traits of Chinese gymnastics culture as: the value belief of “Heaven rewards the diligent”, the craftsmanship spirit of “striving for excellence”, the awareness of “innovating difficult moves”, and the inclusive mindset of “embracing diversity”. Combined with Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the development strategy of sports in the new era, it points out the main contemporary values of Chinese gymnastics culture: 1) It adds new connotations to enriching the Chinese sports spirit; 2) It injects new elements into expanding sports education resources; 3) It provides new impetus for advancing the construction of a leading sports nation; 4) It offers a new fulcrum for leveraging the development of sports events.更多还原
