【摘要】 “东盟世界”是学界关于东盟如何通过本土系统、大国系统、全球系统实现内外部秩序塑造的逻辑框架,为解读东盟区域教育公共产品供给提供新视野。在本土系统互动层面,东盟地区组织主导区域教育秩序产品供给,形成以“东盟中心性”为原则的教育合作软机制、以“东盟方式”为核心的多边教育组织设计以及以“东盟意识”为目标的教育公共价值体系。在大国系统互动层面,世界大国通过“东盟+”合作伙伴关系网络参与东盟区域教育连接产品供给,形成一系列着力于东盟教育质量保障的区域框架、服务于东盟教育协调的区域基准以及致力于东盟教育融合的互联机制。在全球系统互动层面,各类国际组织与跨国机构影响东盟区域教育定制产品供给,有力塑造东盟维度的全球教育治理形象、平台与理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 ASEAN world is the logical framework of how ASEAN achieves internal and external order shaping through local system,great power system and global system,which provides a new vision for understanding the supply of educational public goods in ASEAN region.At the level of local system interaction,ASEAN regional organization leads the supply of regional educational order framework products,forming a soft educational cooperation mechanism based on the principle of ASEAN centrality,a multilateral educational organization design under ASEAN way,and an educational public value system aimed at ASEAN awareness.At the level of interaction between powerful countries and ASEAN countries,world powers participate in the supply of educational connection products in the ASEAN region through the ASEAN+partnership network,forming a series of regional frameworks focusing on ASEAN education quality assurance,regional benchmarks serving ASEAN education coordination,and education interconnection mechanisms committed to ASEAN education integration.At the level of global system interaction,various international organization and transnational institutions have influenced the supply of customized education products in the ASEAN region,and powerfully shaped the image,platform and concept of global education governance in the ASEAN dimension.更多还原
