【摘要】 皮肤科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）是培养和提高住院医师皮肤科专业技能和临床素质的重要举措。四川大学华西医院皮肤性病科（简称该科）根据住院医师特点和教学大纲要求，设计了适用于皮肤科住院医师的教学方案。该方案循序渐进地带领住院医师进行皮肤科相关临床实践与理论知识的学习，在各阶段均有具体可行的教学步骤。该科在10年的教学实践中不断完善该方案，现将此教学经验分享，与同行交流和讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standardized residency training of dermatology is vital to cultivate and improve the professional skills and clinical quality for dermatology residents. Based on the features of trainees and the requirements of the teaching syllabus, the Department of Dermatovenereology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University designed a teaching plan for dermatology residents. This teaching scheme could help dermatology residents learn clinical practice and theoretical knowledge in the Department of Dermatology gradually, with specific and feasible teaching steps at each stage.
