不同基质配方对非耕地设施栽培沙葱产量的影响
Effects of Different Substrate Formulation on the Yield of Allium mongolicum Regel in Non-cultivated Facilities
【摘要】 为充分利用非耕地设施的光热资源,实现沙葱周年生产,遵循就地取材的原则,以栽培地附近自产的腐熟秸秆、羊粪和沙子为基质主要组分,设置10种不同基质配方,测定不同配比基质的理化性质,通过主成分分析,对其产量影响因子进行评价,筛选沙葱非耕地栽培最适宜的基质。结果表明,当沙子∶羊粪∶秸秆∶秸秆生物炭∶草炭∶蛭石为5∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1时,沙葱基质容重、总孔隙度、通气孔隙、持水孔隙均最高,土壤盐分最低,沙葱产量、株高、根冠比、叶绿素含量均最高,产量与叶片氮含量相关性最高。表明沙子∶羊粪∶秸秆∶秸秆生物炭∶草炭∶蛭石为5∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1最适宜沙葱生长。
【Abstract】 In order to make full use of the light and heat resources of the non-cultivated facilities and to realize the annual production of Allium mongolicum Regel, and to follow the principle of taking local materials, rotten straw, sheep dung and sand produced near the cultivated land were taken as the main components of the substrate, the physicochemical properties of 10 different substrates were determined, and the factors affecting the yield of Allium mongolicum Regel were evaluated by principal component analysis.The results showed that when the ratio of sand: sheep dung: straw: straw biochar: peat: vermiculite was 5∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1,the substrate bulk density, total porosity, aeration porosity and water-holding porosity of Allium mongolicum Regel were the highest, soil salinity was the lowest, Allium mongolicum Regel yield, plant height, root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content were the highest, the correlation between yield and N content in leaves was the highest.The experiment shows that sand∶ sheep dung∶ straw∶ straw biochar∶ peat∶ vermiculite for 5∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1∶ 1 was most suitable for Allium mongolicum Regel growth.
